About Us

After 30 years of catering and hospitality experience, Executive Chef and Founder Craig Borlik opened State Street Feed & Supply.

After attending the Utah Valley State College Hospitality Management program and classes from The Cordon Bleu School of Cooking, Craig started his catering career working at the Sundance Resort for Robert Redford. For seven consecutive years, he catered all of Redford’s private parties as well as, prepared the menus and meals for the Sundance Institute workshops and Sundance Film Festival parties. During that time he prepared the food and served every wedding that took place at Sundance. Craig has catered events ranging from an intimate engagement dinner for two in a private cabin to a mountain top event for 2,500 guests and everything in-between.

Since that time Craig has expanded his vast culinary experience by opening and managing many successful Utah restaurants including The Soup Garden, Applebee’s, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and others. He worked as the Corporate Chef for the Brick Oven in Provo where he introduced numerous new menu items to the long established landmark restaurant.

His clients include many of Utah’s top companies, entertainment and film crews, Brigham Young University athletic departments, private clients and more.
